Our Nanny Placement process is completely transparent and structured in two phases. The Recruitment Fee, charged at the beginning, activates the selection process and is deducted from the Success Fee if the family proceeds with one of the first two profiles presented. The Success Fee is only applied after the profile has been accepted, ensuring that you only pay when you find the right babysitter.
