What is a full time Nanny/Babysitter?
A Full-Time Babysitter/Nanny generally does 8 to 10 daily hours, any day of the week. We consider this type of service for periods > 8 daily hours, minimum of 5 days a week.
On the other hand, an intern usually works between 10 to 12 daily hours and assumes that the babysitter/nanny sleeps at the family’s house, during weekdays and weekends if necessary. We consider this service for > 10 daily hours, minimum of 5 days a week.
For this type of service, the nanny/babysitter’s tasks can include:
– Meal preparation and hygiene routine;
– Establishing sleep routines and getting them to bed;
– Social events and outdoor walks;
– Playful-pedagogical activities
– School transportation;
– Organization of the children’s rooms, playroom, or clothes;
– Constant monitorization of the children’s development;
– Schoolwork follow up at home.
