How to request a service?
Send an email directly to Maria – maria@babysisters.pt, send a message via WhatsApp (+351 938 912 512), or fill in the form below. For urgent requests, email is preferable.
How does the recruitment and selection process work?
We first see who in the team is available to fulfill the requested service.
Next, we interview a few babysitters to analyze the specifications of the request and assess the necessary skills.
Finally, we select 2 babysitters that we present to you, and you have the final say. In the case of regular babysitting, we schedule a session between the 3 parts (babysitter, parents, and Baby Sisters), so everyone gets to know each other prior to the service.
The babysitter then starts to work on the pretended date.
How far in advance should I do this?
Depending on the specifics of each request, consider making the request 2 to 5 days in advance. However, if your request is urgent, you can do it within 24 hours (with an added urgency fee).
